Waiting Room Policy

At our facility, we prioritize the comfort and safety of all our patients, including our youngest visitors. To ensure a pleasant experience for families with small children in our waiting room, we have established the following policy:

  1. Supervision: Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times while in the waiting room. We kindly ask that parents remain with their children to ensure their safety and to minimize disruptions to other patients.
  2. Quiet Play: We encourage quiet and respectful play activities to maintain a calm atmosphere in the waiting room. Toys and books suitable for young children will be provided for their entertainment.
  3. Respectful Behavior: We expect all children and caregivers to behave respectfully towards others in the waiting room. This includes using indoor voices, refraining from running or rough play, and respecting the personal space of others.
  4. Cleanliness: We strive to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for all our visitors. Parents are encouraged to assist their children in keeping the waiting room tidy by properly disposing of any trash or cleaning up spills.
  5. Illness Policy: For the health and well-being of all patients, we ask that parents refrain from bringing sick children to the waiting room. If a child is unwell, we recommend rescheduling the appointment or seeking medical advice as necessary.
  6. Waiting Time: While we make every effort to minimize wait times, we understand that delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times, and we provide a comfortable environment for families to wait.
  7. Emergency Situations: In the event of an emergency or if a child requires immediate attention, our staff will prioritize their care. Parents should alert our staff immediately if assistance is needed.

By adhering to these policies, we aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for families with small children in our waiting room. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. If you have any questions or concerns about our waiting room policy, please don’t hesitate to speak with our staff.
