Patient records will not be released without the agency having a valid and signed ROI by the appropriate legal parties in the patients chart.  Once this request is received, it may take up to 30 business days for the request to be processed. You will be notified by the email you provided below once the records are ready for pickup. We will also notify you by the email you provided below if we do not have a valid ROI on file.
