Insurance and Payments

We accept most insurances and submit service claims to the insurance provider for reimbursement. Some insurance plans require individuals to pay a co-payment fee. This fee can be found on the insured’s explanation of benefits (EOB) or by contacting the insurance company. Co-payment fees are due at the time of service. Patients who have an HSA or Flex spending account may also use these benefits to pay for mental health services. 

 We recommend that all patients review their EOB prior to their appointment to ensure mental health services are covered and to know if co-payment is required. If patients opt to self-pay, payments for each session and assessment/evaluation is due at the time of service. Tuition for the parenting education class must be paid in full or a deposit of half of the tuition by the first day of class. To receive credit and the certificate of completion the remainder of the tuition must be paid by the first day of the last week of the class.
