Licensed Psychotherapist Contract Summary
Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Psychological Associate Contract Summary
- Provides professional psychotherapy services to clients, families, and groups in order to maintain or restore the highest level of mental health functioning.
- Provides general or specialized therapeutic services, as needed.
- Conducts an initial assessment of all new clients; interviews and evaluates clients and family members providing a diagnosis.
- Maintains appropriate documentation
- Maintains valid North Carolina license to practice from their respected board, without disciplinary action.
- Provides professional psychotherapy services to clients, families, and groups in order to maintain or restore the highest level of mental health functioning.
- Provides general or specialized therapeutic services, as needed.
- Conducts an initial assessment of all new clients; interviews and evaluates clients and family members providing a diagnosis.
- Maintains appropriate documentation
- Maintains valid license to practice psychology from the North Carolina Psychology Board, without disciplinary action.
