Clinical Counseling and Consulting Services, PLLC (CCCS) was created by licensed psychotherapist, Dr. Elizabeth Caldwell. Dr. Caldwell is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed clinical addictions specialist associate (LCAS-A), Certified Sex Offender Treatment Professional (CSOTP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (TF-CBT), Certified Strengthening Families Coach (CSFC), Board Certified Tele-behavioral Health Provider and a Clinical Forensic Neuroscience-Informed Practitioner (CFNIP). Dr. Caldwell obtained her Bachelor’s in Science in Psychology from Fayetteville State University, Bachelors in Arts in Sociology from Fayetteville State University, Master’s in Social Work from Fayetteville State University, and Doctor of Philosophy Degree In Advanced Studies in Human Behavior, from Capella University. Dr. Caldwell is also certified in Educational Psychology, Neuropsychotherapy, and is currently re-specializing in Clinical Psychology.
Dr. Caldwell, is one of the 2023 40 under 40 honorees recognized by the North Carolina Fayetteville Observer and has over 17 years of experience within the mental health realm with specialties in assessment, diagnosing, and treatment, quality management, and program and treatment development. Dr. Caldwell has written behavioral modules, treatment, and crisis plans, as well as developed agency policy and procedures for residential facilities for children and adolescents, supervised living facilities for adults with developmental disabilities, community-based services, and community alternatives program for individuals with Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities.
Additionally, Dr. Caldwell has extensive additional sex offender specific treatment training and has provided sex offender treatment to children, adolescents, and adults in various treatment settings and has trained clinicians and foster parents in problematic sexualized behavior treatment. Moreover, Dr. Caldwell provides treatment to victims and families of sexual abuse and problematic sexualized disorders.
