The client-therapist relationship is imperative to effective treatment and client progress. However, some therapists and clients may not be a “good fit” for each other. If clients are unhappy with our services, we promise to do everything within our will to ensure the client receives adequate services, even if it means linking the client to a new provider. We are serious about treatment and the mental health of our clients.
